Hello, I am David Fain, REALTOR® and managing partner of Fain Properties, LLC.  My years of working with people on purchasing and selling, have given me insights into marketing, communication, negotiation and presentation. I was born in Abilene, Tx, but raised in Dallas. I have the benefit of having built several homes and experienced the trials and tribulations of remodeling. I have experienced city and country living, having enjoyed managing and developing a large acreage home in rural north Texas.
